ive looked up few strategies - and the core idea behind tanking Lady Blaumeux and Sir Zeliek:
We have two tanks switching positions like we always had. The change is: our healers stand on the stairs! This means: They can heal both tanks, they dont get any debuffs.

Note: These numbers are good for both Naxx 10 and 25.
Note 2: Your mileage may very. Experiment with different raid combinations to find out what works best.
